Now (May 2022) that some 18 young professionals from the mining town of Linden are set to imminently receive the keys to their government built houses in Linden, Guyana. Guyana Real Estate services are now better placed to provide insight into the cost of these houses to their various owners,

The properties are two story houses on stilts with the bottom section not enclosed. Each unit has one toilet and bath with some of the roofing partly sealed.

The properties were allocated to young professionals from the mining town of Linden, such as doctors, teachers, Police officers, and other public servants.

The houses are sold at a price of 7.5 million dollars for the elevate houses and 8.5 million Guyana dollars for some of the bungalows.
